Pierogi Day was a SUCCESS!!!

I wish I had pictures. Karen, Yanique, and I had so much fun making pierogi's. I can't wait to have some for dinner. Sure there was the occasional toilet malfunction and flying flour but given that I'm a first time pierogi maker, I think I did pretty darn good. I can't wait to try to make them one my own. :-) Maybe I'll try to get a picture of the finished product at dinner tonight.
