So Jocelyn has not been sleeping very well. I decided to read The No-Cry Sleep Solution and see if it would help. One of the first steps is to journal your baby's sleep. So here is the first set of journals for Jocelyn.

Tracy I know I'm probably talking to the wall but cry-it-out actually worked with us and Michelle would fall asleep within 15 minutes. Megan wouldn't cry for long either except for occasional problems. We were not irrisponsible parents but I had so many people say just let them cry and sorry but I think it is a good workable approach so the whole family sleeps. Unfortunately you probably would have wanted to start that early like at 3 months old. There were times it didn't work like in hotel rooms and bothered me but both children are happy and normal. I don't know but I don't think it does anything to hurt them. Just take it with a grain of salt. Good luck. I hope she is better for you!!!!!
